Colorado loses case against DisneyTranslate:


A Colorado based company missed a case against Walt Disney over the rightsto Marvel's iconic comic book characters. Disney won the instance as they pleaded court that Colorado could not assert proprietorship to fixed superheroes such as Spider-Man and Iron Man, the Washington Times reported.Stan Lee Media filed a case that Disney asked for 5.5 billion dollar profits from the films and merchandise starringMarvel's superheroes, but Disney bought Marvel in 2009.
