Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta said Monday he will be appearing at the International Criminal Court in The Hague this week. In a televised address before parliament, Kenyatta said he would invoke article 1473 of the constitution that will see Kenya's Deputy President William Ruto temporarily fulfil the top role. That article stipulates the deputy to fill in when the president is absent, temporarily incapacitated or during any other period of the president's choosing. The US Supreme Court refused to get involved in the national debate over same-sex marriage Monday, as it rejected appeals against gay marriage in five states- Indiana, Utah, Oklahoma, Virginia and Wisconsin. Monday’s orders  leave intact lower court rulings that will legalize the practice in 11 additional states including North Carolina, West Virginia, South Carolina, Wyoming, Kansas and Colorado - where appeals to strike down bans are pending. The court's decision means the number of states with gay marriage could quickly jump from 19 to 30. The New York Times has reportedly apologized after the publishing of a cartoon mocking India's Mars Mission which led to readers' complaints saying it had indeed mocked India. The cartoon reportedly showed a farmer accompanied by cow knocking at the doors of a room that was marked Elite Space Club where the two men were observed to be reading a newspaper item on India's feat. The cartoon appeared on September 28 with an article called ‘India's Budget Mission to Mars’.  The Andrew Rosenthal, page editor of the New York Times, mentioned in a Facebook post that the intent of the cartoonist was only over highlighting how space exploration is not an exclusive domain of Western and rich countries. Maka file yang ingin Anda download tadi bisa didownload juga tapi bukan via IDM Tambahan: Untuk TOMBOL ALT, bisa diganti menggunakan tombol yang lain yaitu dengan setingan IDMnya. Jika merubahnya silakan: 1. Buka IDM = Klik Menu Downloads = Klik Options. 2' Pada Tab General, Klik Costumize keys to prevent or force downloading with IDM 3. Kemudian pilih tombolnya. Rescuers in Nepal Sunday found 12 more bodies, including those of three Indian trekkers, from the Annapurna Circuit in central Nepal, taking the toll from last Tuesday's snowstorm to 39. Rescue workers said they had recovered 30 bodies, spotted two while seven others, who went missing, are presumed dead. The bodies of two Indian trekkers were seen in Fu Village Development Committee in Manang district but could not be pulled out due to bad weather. The body of another Indian trekker was found in Thorang Fedi, Manang. The victim has been identified as Debasis De, 53, of Calcutta.
